The Intelligent Intertubes: A Weekly Roundup

Here's your weekly roundup of the CIosphere:

Big brother's next big thang: Monitoring software. Seriously, though, 3 Geeks and a Law Blog give some very compelling reasons why you - YES, YOU! - should be using monitoring software at your firm.

Consensus shmensus: The Florida Bar freely admits trolling the Net for dirt, while the Pennsylvania Bar decries the ethics of friendship… at least friendship of the Facebook variety. Meanwhile, marketers are debating whether it's even worth it to register at all.

Sources and Methods has continued on with their series on how to get a CI job. This week's helpful post offers tips from the gainfully employed. You'll also be pleased to know that intel analysis jobs appear to be all the rage this year.

Do you have blogs/podcasts/sites that you'd like included in the weekly roundup? I'd be ever so delighted if you could send your suggestions to ssanksto@quarles.com.

And hey, Intertubes! Do you have a blog? Perhaps a blog that talks about CI stuff? Then for Heaven's sake, leave a comment and promote yourself shamelessly - or your friend, or some stranger that you think had a pretty good post!
Thanks for the picture, yourfunnyvalentine!
